Boneless Buffalo Chicken Chunks

raw boneless breasts of chicken 2 (makes roughly 20 bites)

flour 1/2 cup

seasoned salt 1 teaspoon

parsley 1/2 teaspoon

onion powder 1/2 teaspoon

granulated garlic 1/2 teaspoon

salt and pepper for taste on raw chicken chunks and for flour mixture

Cut your boneless chicken breast in chunks around an inch and a half. Season with salt and pepper for taste.

Flour Mixture:

Add your flour to a small mixing bowl. Then salt and pepper for taste. Add seasoned salt, parsley, onion powder, and granulated garlic. Sift well.

Buffalo Sauce:

Franks Red Hot Sauce 1/2 cup

butter 2 tablespoons

In a small pot on medium heat add ingredients and heat. Mix well and when butter is dissolved turn off.

Dredge chicken chunks in seasoned flour mixture. In a deep fryer on 350 degrees cook chicken till internal temperature is 165 degrees. Take chicken out and place on a plate with paper towel to drain oil. Add chicken to buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl and toss. Serve with tooth picks. Accompany with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks. Enjoy Jason

    Can you just leave out the Franks hot sauce so it will not be as spicy?
