Or buy French Bread from the store.

Brie Cheese 1 wedge from the store

apricot preserves spooned on top of Brie Cheese

brown sugar sprinkled on top of Brie Cheese and apricot preserves

In a glass pie pan place your Brie cheese, coat the top with apricot preserves, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Example below.  No measurements because cheese varies in size just guide yourself from example below.

Baked Brie

In a sauté pan add 2 tablespoon of butter, 1 apple sliced, and one pear sliced. Sauté the fruit golden. Deglaze with 2 oz. of Brandy. Let the Brandy burn off for one minute. Add 3 oz. Heavy Cream.  Add salt and pepper for taste. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Reduce for 1- 2 minutes… Place sauce on bottom of serving plate. Move Fruit to the side closest to you. Place your cooked Brie in the center. Cut crusty French bread on the outside. Enjoy!
