Rosemary, Onion, and Garlic Focaccia

When dough is proofed:

plum tomatoes from can 5 with no juice

Parmesan grated cheese 1/8 cup

basil 1/2 teaspoon

oregano 1/2 teaspoon

salt and pepper for taste

olive oil 1 tablespoon

parsley 1 teaspoon

Italian seasonings 1/2 teaspoon

garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon

granulated garlic 1/2 teaspoon

grated mozzarella cheese 1/8 cup

When dough is proofed, rub with Olive oil. Sprinkle all seasonings on top of Focaccia. Spread out plum tomatoes evenly on Focaccia. Bake at 375 degrees till top and bottom are brown. Enjoy, Jason
