Anadama French Toast with Country Sausage and Homemade Home fries



Well we are still utilizing our Anadama Bread. French Toast this morning, with Homemade Home fries and Country Sausage.

French Toast Mixture:

Eggs 2

milk 1/8 cup

vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

sugar 2 tablespoons

cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Soak bead in mixture and then griddle both sides.

Home fries:

yellow potatoes peeled 3

onion 1/4

butter 2 tablespoons

salt and pepper for taste

onion powder 1/2 teaspoon

parsley 1/2 teaspoon

Use a box grater and grate your Potatoes and Onions. Add butter to hot griddle on 300 degrees, add potato and onion on top of butter. Add your seasonings. Spread potatoes and onions out evenly so they brown on the bottom side. Flip them over and brown the top side. Cook till browned and tender.
