Swiss Chard red or green 2 full leafs
orange peeled 1
banana peeled 1
blueberries 1/8 cup
ice cubes 3
water 2.5 oz.
Add all ingredients to a extractor blender, blend, and enjoy!!! These smoothies are meal replacements and give you great energy to start your day!!!
