Bar Wings on the Casa Dinner Menu for take out…
chick wings separated at the joint 12 pieces
salt and pepper for taste
onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
seasoned salt 1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Season Chicken Wings and let absorb the seasonings for 20 minutes. Add small pot to the stove on medium heat and heat the hot sauce and butter. Simmer and stir butter in. Shut off.
To make Bar Wings you need to Deep Fry the wings in 350 degree oil. Cool well down till skin is super crispy. Toss in hot sauce and serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese.
