Pork Roast in the Crock Pot



Pork Roast in the Crock Pot

for nights you are busy with the kids… Feeds 4-6 people

pork loin 1 and 3/4 to 2 pounds

salt and pepper for taste

water 1 cup

beef bouillon cube 1

soy sauce 1 teaspoon

teriyaki sauce 1 teaspoon

paprika 1 teaspoon

garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon

olive oil 1 teaspoon

In a Crock Pot set on high for 4 hours, place pork on bottom. Add water around the pork. Add olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and seasonings over the pork loin. Fat side up. Place beef bouillon cube in the water. Cover. Set it and forget it. The nice thing about this recipe on high, is it will not make Pulled Pork out of the loin. I was able to cut it and place it on Au Jus. See pictures on bottom. Serve with Jasmine rice and vegetable. Enjoy, Jason.
