Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Receptions, BBQ’s, and any other kind of event… Its easier to create a menu specifically for you. Large Catering menu’s become to hard to read, plus we can work specifically with your budget.

I moved to the Poconos 13 years ago. When we ordered take out back then the Pizzeria’s made real Chicken Cutlets for Sandwiches and Dinners. Unfortunately for the past 6 years they all moved to a processed piece of chicken or chicken tenders…. That plain out sucks…. So when we opened the “Underground” food truck we decided to bring only quality to our customers. We will work all day long to give you quality food at a great price. Our Hero’s are on a Fresh Subs delivered every day. 10 Inch Subs, Parm Sandwiches are only $6.00 and Cheese Steaks only $6.50. We are open Tuesday- Sunday, we move around in East Stroudsburg but deliver all day free!!!! Another thing our competition can’t say! Thanks, Jason.

16-20 peeled and deveined shrimp 6 per person

butter 1 tablespoon

oil 1 tablespoon

vodka 1 oz.

any pasta you prefer

Penne Vodka First Course

Make your Vodka sauce first. Then make your family individually shrimp if they choose. Add oil to a sauté pan on medium heat. When hot add 6 shrimp and butter. Sauté till golden. Deglaze with Vodka. Add 1/2 cup of vodka sauce and cook until shrimp are tender. Add pasta and toss. Serve. Enjoy, Jason.
