Jule’s nice and easy Breakfast Burritos

Ok so no joke, my daughter hates the food at school, so she woke up early and made the family breakfast burritos… For 2 people

flour tortilla shells 7 inch- 2

eggs 4

milk 1 tablespoon

bacon 4 slices

Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend 6 oz.

Fresh Salsa 2 tablespoons

cooking spray

Beat eggs and milk together. On a hot griddle at 325 degrees cook your bacon strips. Chop bacon and let grease absorb in paper towel. Clean Griddle and spray with cooking spray. Warm both tortilla shells on each side. 20 seconds for each side and take off. Clean griddle again and spray with cooking spray. Place temperature to 300 degrees. Cook mixed eggs well, folding as the cook. Take eggs off.

Time to Build your Burritos, place equal parts of egg, bacon, salsa, and cheese to each warm wrap. Fold over, the sides in. Finish the roll. You are now ready for Jule’s Breakfast Burritos.

“Lean Green Pineapple Machine” by my Son Matthew Mihalik…

fresh cleaned raw spinach chopped 1/2 bunch

fresh-cut pineapple 1 cup

lemon 1 all the juice squeezed

lime 1/2 all the juice squeezed

ice 3 cubes

cold water to fill line.

We use the Nutribullet but you can use any High Powered Blender for Juicing…

Add all ingredients to large cup and blend. Two servings. Serve in wine glasses with no stem.

Garnish with lemon. Enjoy, Jason. Thanks Matthew!!! Matthew juiced at the end of Wrestling Season. He said he had great energy!!!

This is not a Casaculinarian.com recipe, we found it on the web and tinkered with it. We enjoyed it for breakfast this morning…

Recipe is for 1 Nutribullet:

fresh strawberries 6 cleaned and cut in half

cucumber 1/2 seeded but skin on, cut

red apple 1/2 cut into sections

carrot 1 peeled and cut

ice 4 ice cubes

water to fill line

Blend and enjoy!

You must use an extractor blender of your choice to make the most out of the raw vegetables. We like the Nutribullet. This recipe tasted great!!!

So easy, thanks Baker Pippi.

can apple filling 21 oz.

package of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits 16.3 oz.

sugar for taste

confectionary sugar for taste

egg 1 for egg wash

This is such an easy recipe for dessert from home for anyone. Flour a clean cooking surface. Place each biscuit out, and flour the top. With your hands spread the biscuit flat. With a rolling-pin work it out about 5 inches in diameter. Example below:


Egg wash the outside ring and place a heaping tablespoon of Apple Filling in the middle:


Fold over and fork seal the egg wash…


Trim the edges with a pizza cutter. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set. Deep Fry at 350 degrees. Brown on both sides. Sprinkle sugar over the top while hot. When ready to serve sprinkle confectionary sugar on top. Thanks Baker Pippi!

1 cup pineapple

1 orange

1 banana

1 handful spinach

1 tsp flax seed

3 ice cubes

water to fill line

Once again I use the Nutribullet, but you can use any extractor blender you prefer… The extractor blender brings all the nutrients out of the raw vegetables which makes it Juicing!!!

I found this on the Internet and really enjoyed it!!! Try it out.

lemons 1 peeled, seeded, and cut in quarters

carrots 1 peeled and chopped

red apples 1 quartered

fresh beet 1 cooked and trimmed

In an Extractor Blender add 3 ice cubes and fill to water line. Blend and Enjoy! We use the Nutribullet and enjoy it!!! Jason.

Brown Sugar Bacon

Breakfast or Appetizer:

all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons

 brown sugar packed 1/4 cup

coarse black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

 bacon 1 lb thickly sliced

Mix flour, sugar and pepper together, sprinkle on bacon slices. Place bacon on wire rack ( I use the rack that I use to cool my cookies) place wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until crisp. Great simple Appetizer, Enjoy, Jason.

The Raw Vegetables make this Super Healthy for you!!!! I use the NutriBullet you can use and extractor you would like.



Swiss Chard red or green 2 full leafs

orange peeled 1

banana peeled 1

blueberries 1/8 cup

ice cubes 3

water 2.5 oz.

Add all ingredients to a extractor blender, blend, and enjoy!!! These smoothies are meal replacements and give you great energy to start your day!!!

Anadama French Toast with Country Sausage and Homemade Home fries



Well we are still utilizing our Anadama Bread. French Toast this morning, with Homemade Home fries and Country Sausage.

French Toast Mixture:

Eggs 2

milk 1/8 cup

vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

sugar 2 tablespoons

cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Soak bead in mixture and then griddle both sides.

Home fries:

yellow potatoes peeled 3

onion 1/4

butter 2 tablespoons

salt and pepper for taste

onion powder 1/2 teaspoon

parsley 1/2 teaspoon

Use a box grater and grate your Potatoes and Onions. Add butter to hot griddle on 300 degrees, add potato and onion on top of butter. Add your seasonings. Spread potatoes and onions out evenly so they brown on the bottom side. Flip them over and brown the top side. Cook till browned and tender.
